Students, use this link to access your GET account. Review transactions, view balances, and make deposit/payments.
For access through the GET Mobile app -
- First, be sure you have downloaded and installed the DUO App
- Then, download and install the GET MOBILE App
- Follow the on-screen directions to setup the GET Mobile app for use with Dartmouth single-sign-on and authentication.

Deposit Guidance
Using the above referenced links for deposit/payment, keep these details in mind:
Minimum: Discretionary deposit/payments can be made for no less than $10.00.
Maximum: The Discretionary account can only sustain a maximum balance of $3,000.00.
Credit card deposits required information: card number, cardholder name, expiration date, and CVV security number. Billing address is not required.
Debit card deposits are possible - the card must have a credit card company carrier (most commonly Visa or MasterCard). The same required information applies to Debit card deposits as for Credit card deposits.
ID card deposit sale transaction will appear on credit card/bank statements with the merchant name of "DartCard Oper_CNP".
Terms & Conditions
Deposit/payments made to an unintended ID account can be transferred to the correct account by the DartCard Office. For assistance, please email the DartCard office.
Refunds from the online payment gateway are only available in the original deposit/payment amount. If the balance has been used, or paid a partial owed balance, alternate refund method will be be necessary. Please contact DartCard office for assistance.
