Employee Self-Service (ESS)

ESS allows you to see important information such as your payslip and tax forms from any computer anywhere and at any time. You to easily update vital information such as your withholding allowances for taxes.

You will receive a notification when changes are made. If you receive a notification of a change that you did not make, contact the Payroll Office immediately.

Your access to Employee Self-Service will end 18 months after your employment ends. If you had elected 'Go Paperless' you will now receive any payslip or Form W-2 in paper form via US Mail to your legal mailing address. Please remember to update the Dartmouth Payroll Office with any address changes you may have prior to January 31 of the following year.
