WELCOME TO 2024 OPEN ENROLLMENT
Dartmouth is proud to offer a comprehensive, flexible benefits program that provides a range of options to to support you and your family. Please take this opportunity to review the information below.
What is Open Enrollment?
Open Enrollment is your annual opportunity to make changes to your current benefit elections, add/remove dependents or enroll in one of Dartmouth's NEW benefit offerings for the upcoming calendar year. Open Enrollment occurs each fall for benefit changes starting January 1st.

Do I need to participate in Open Enrollment?
Most of your current benefit elections will continue with adjusted 2024 rates. Your current FSA's or HSA's will not carry over year to year and you MUST enroll to participate. You must also re-enroll to continue with the Dartmouth Fitness Membership at Alumni Gym or to participate in any of the NEW benefits starting on 1/1/2024.

One-on-One Enrollment Assistance
Sign up to meet with a member of the benefits team via phone, zoom or in-person, for guidance and help in navigating the FlexOnline system.

Benefit Cost Estimator
Use our benefit cost estimator tool to determine your monthly premium rates for 2024. You will need to use your anticipated base salary and full time equivelancy (FTE) as of 1/1/2024. Once you click ESTIMATE, be sure to check out the link at the top of the page, showing rates for the NEW vision benefits through VSP and the voluntary benefits now through Cigna.
Ask Emma
Dartmouth offers an easy-to-use, interactive tool—Ask Emma. When you begin your enrollment in FlexOnline, you’ll be prompted
for some basic medical information about you and your family. Ask Emma will then make a personalized benefits recommendation.
Retirement Benefits
Retirement Savings plans are not part of Open Enrollment. If eligible, you may enroll or make changes at any time. If you would like to enroll or make a change, you may log in to the netbenefits site, at dartgo.org/retirement or watch a video for more information on changing your retirement elections for 2024.
