Employee Service Awards

About the Awards

Each year, the President of the College and the Chief Human Resources Officer have the privilege of honoring long-serving, non-faculty employees who have worked for Dartmouth College for 10, 15, 20, 25, 30, 35, 40, 45, or 50 years (as of December 31) at our annual Service Awards luncheon and dinner events.

Each December, we host two celebrations in the Class of 1953 Commons. The luncheon recognizes 10- and 15-year honorees and the dinner recognizes our 20- to 50-year honorees. In addition to the meal shared with fellow colleagues, each honoree receives a certificate and a gift, then is invited to pose for a group photo with their cohort.

We have also designed recognition pins that feature landmark Dartmouth buildings representing 10, 15, 20, and 25 years of service, as well as a special pewter Dartmouth pin to represent 30 or more years of service.
