How do you like to start your day?

Lisa Loomis - With coffee, contemplation, and an intention. It sets the tone for the day and keeps me on track toward my goals.

Jessica Osgood – I start my day with a cup of flavored coffee with flavored creamer. After getting my two boys to school, I always start with organizing my To Do List and sorting priorities of tasks.

What energizes you at work?

Lisa Loomis - I love talking with people. There is no greater gift then when someone shares a part of their story with you. When opportunities to be curious and creative present themselves. Creating new learning opportunities for the Dartmouth community.

Jessica Osgood – The part of my job that energizes me the most is working on a team of supportive and creative colleagues. Always knowing that there are people there to support you allows for creativity and innovation.    

What’s your favorite thing about your job?

Lisa Loomis - I would say that the favorite thing about my job is also what I find most energizing. I would add that I get to work with an incredibly talented, thoughtful, and dedicated team that trusts and encourages me to stretch and grow, and to create and curate content that I hope people find meaningful.

Jessica Osgood – My favorite thing about my job is working with people to advance their skills. I love seeing people learn and grow as individuals and enhancing their knowledge that will help them find what they love to do.
