2019 Summer Hours

During eleven (11) summer weeks, some administrative offices close a half hour earlier than at other times of the year. For the departments who extend summer hours to non-exempt staff, the summer hours schedule will begin on Sunday, June 16, 2019, and extend through Saturday, August 31, 2019. The decision to schedule summer hours rests with the department head. If you have questions about whether your department observes Summer Hours, please check with your supervisor or department head.

Total Compensation and Benefits Statement

Dartmouth Human Resources mailed a total compensation statement to the legal mailing addresses of all current staff and faculty who were employed in a benefits-eligible role as of December 31, 2018 and are still actively employed at Dartmouth College as of the statement mailing date. The statement summarizes the various benefits available to staff and faculty and is intended to be informational and helpful for your planning purposes.

You may also access your statement as well as your total compensation statements from previous calendar years in employee self-service at employee.dartmouth.edu. We are going green next year and the statements will be available only online. Please review our Total Compensation Statement FAQ page for more information.

Volunteer Time Off
