TOTAL COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS STATEMENT

On March 14, 2019, Dartmouth Human Resources will be mailing a total compensation statement to the legal mailing addresses of all current staff and faculty who were employed in a benefits-eligible role as of December 31, 2018. Please review our Total Compensation Statement FAQ page for more information.

FLEXIBLE SPENDING ACCOUNT DEADLINES

FSA DEADLINE REMINDER

The deadline for submitting 2018 FSA claims has passed.

All Health Care FSA balances of $500 or less as of 4/1/19 will be carried over and added into your 2019 balance on or around 4/15/19.  For more information go to http://dartgo.org/fsa

All Dependent Care FSA balances remaining on 4/1/19 will be forfeited.

HSA TAX FILING

In January, Fidelity mailed out form 1099SA.  Use this form in conjunction with your W2 form to complete IRS form 8889 when completing your HSA tax filing.  Click here for more information.

IRS 1095 TAX FORMS

As part of the Affordable Care Act (ACA), you may again this year be receiving an IRS Tax Form 1095 via US Mail to your legal mailing address. Please review our ACA Frequently Asked Questions (FAQs) page for more information about this form.
