Employee Resource Networks (ERNs)
ERN Program Mission Statement
Employee Resource Networks (ERNs) at Dartmouth College foster a supportive, inclusive,
and empowering community for all employees by cultivating a sense of belonging and
celebrating the many identities and experiences that enrich our campus. Rooted in
Dartmouth’s mission to educate the most promising students and prepare them for a
lifetime of learning and responsible leadership, the ERN program champions the well-being
and professional growth of employees as essential to the College’s academic and institutional
excellence.
