Mindfulness & Meditation
More than two decades of research have shown that meditation and mindfulness can have powerful positive effects — including reducing stress and anxiety, improving sleep, boosting focus and concentration, enhancing emotional intelligence and resilience, decreasing depression and rumination (constant worrying), strengthening memory, and improving communication and relationship skills.
Dartmouth offers a variety of mindfulness and meditation opportunities.
