Social well-being is maintaining strong and healthy relationships with others and connecting with, and contributing to, your community.
Looking for ways to give back to your community and meet new people? Try volunteering! Our Volunteer Time Off Policy allows all regular benefits-eligible employees up to one day of paid time off from regularly scheduled work hours each fiscal year (July 1 - June 30) to perform volunteer services through organizations affiliated with the United Way.
The Lone Pine Recognition Program provides a variety of ways in which we recognize employees for their outstanding contributions to Dartmouth including an awards program, gratitude baskets, a summer social event and more.
