Access Control

Employees in the Access Control shop manage the keys, card access, and security cameras for all college buildings and provide electronics support throughout campus. 

Building Automation

Our Building Automation professionals support the engineering team with controls strategies and upgrades throughout campus. 

Building Repair

This team does carpentry, painting and finishing, and all sign-making for the College. 

Electrical

Our electricians maintain and support campus electrical systems from the high-voltage to building-level systems. Our Troubleshooters respond to all campus emergencies and assist students, faculty, and staff after hours. 

Equipment Maintenance

This team includes mechanical and plumbing tradespeople who manage all heating and cooling systems, steel fabrication, welding, and plumbing. 

Fire Systems Maintenance

Our Fire Safety professionals maintain fire safety equipment and conduct monthly, semiannual, and annual inspections for a variety of fire systems.
