White matter changes post-stroke
In this talk, I will summarise my recent work documenting white matter changes following an ischaemic stroke. I will describe white matter neurodegeneration in subacute and chronic stages, linking it to cognitive functioning, and specifically focussing on the changes associated with poor sleep.
