Individual-specific parcellations for resting-state functional connectivity behavioral prediction

Abstract: There has been significant interest in using resting-state functional connectivity to predict behavior. Most studies have utilized functional connectivity from group-level parcellations for predicting behavior. Here, we proposed a model to estimate individual-specific parcellations. Using data from multiple datasets, we compare our individual-specific parcellations with the group-level parcellations and other individual-specific parcellation techniques. We further explored comparisons with other forms of data representations, i.e. gradients and soft-parcellations for predicting cognitive, personality and emotional measures in individuals. Several applications of individual-specific parcellations will also be discussed.
