Participate in a web-based therapy program in the privacy of your own home

Are you troubled by conflicts with others, high stressed, or low mood?  This program is offered through a research study at the Geisel School of Medicine at Dartmouth who is conducting a research study designed to test the PATH program.  PATH is a set of web-based, interactive self-help tools to treat, train and self-assess.  Improve mood and reduce stress using self-directed programs guided by expert mentors; learn key skills for reducing stress, managing conflict, and enhancing performance; and assess your level of stress, burnout, anxiety, sadness, and conflict and get recommendations on actions you can take to improve your situation.  These confidential sessions can take place in the privacy of your home using a secure computer with network access.
