F/EAP is available to you 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.

There are three ways to access your F/EAP resources:

1. Call 844.216.8308 

  • Speak to a counseling professional who will listen to your concerns and guide you to the appropriate services, including providing contact information so you can schedule an appointment with our on-campus provider, Chris Henderson, MA, LCMHC, or a local provider for in-person or virtual counseling.
  • Crisis counseling is available 24/7.

 

2. Visit GuidanceResources® Online: www.guidanceresources.com 

  • If you haven't done so already, click on Register and enter your company ID: Dartmouth and then follow the registration prompts.
  • You will find timely, expert information on thousands of topics, including relationships, work, school, children, wellness, legal, financial and free time. You can search for qualified child care and elder care, attorneys and financial planners, as well as, ask questions, take self-assessments and more.

 

3. Download the GuidanceResources® Now App

  • Fast, easy access to your F/EAP. After downloading the app, tap Member Resources and enter your username and password to access your services.
