The Health Professions Program (HPP) is a team of permanent staff members, along with other professionals who serve as important adjunct consultants to the staff and students. Feel free to reserve a timeslot during our weekly walk-in hours!
Sarah Berger, Assistant Dean of Pre-Health Advising, is available during weekly walk-in hours or by appointment. She addresses a range of topics from course planning, academic advising, extracurriculars, and personal development, and guides students and alumni through the actual application process to medical school and other health professions graduate programs. Nicole Roeper, Assistant Dean of Pre-Health Advising, is available during weekly walk-in hours or by appointment. Rae Stokes is HPP's Program Coordinator. She is typically the initial contact point for students and alumni who wish to meet an advisor. Rae maintains the advisors' calendars both for individual appointments and walk-in sessions. She works closely with applicants, staff, and faculty to complete the Composite Letter process. She is also involved in organizing HPP events and workshops and collaborating with other college offices and groups to develop outreach programs for pre-health students.
