The Health Professions Program (HPP) is Dartmouth's academic advising program to assist and support undergraduates and alumni interested in pursuing careers in medicine or other health professions.
Meet with a Pre-Health Advisor
HPP continues to provide all of our usual services, including one-on-one advisor meetings. We will host all meetings remotely, either by Zoom or phone. You can schedule a 30-minute appointment on Calendly with Alicia Kehn or Sarah Berger. If you don't see a time that works, please contact Rae Stokes at 603-646-3377 or Rae.L.Stokes@dartmouth.edu.

CASE STUDIES WITH DR. MARY MULCAHEY '00 | Monday, January 25 at 5:00 PM EST | Dr. Mary Mulcahey, MD, is a Board Certified orthopaedic surgeon specializing in shoulder and knee surgery and sports medicine. She is also a faculty member in the Department of Orthopaedic Surgery at the Tulane School of Medicine, as well as the Director of Tulane's Women's Sports Medicine Program. FIRST SESSION OF THE HPP APPLICATION WRITING WORKSHOPS | Monday, February 8 at 5:30 PM EST | If you are a junior, senior, or an alum who plans to apply for the 2021-2022 med/vet/dental application cycle, then we HIGHLY ENCOURAGE you to attend this workshop. In it, HPP will go over the best practices and strategies for writing your application, including the primary and secondary essays. | RSVP TBD |
PATHWAYS SPEAKER: DR. RIAN HASSON | Tuesday, February 21 @ 6:30 PM EST | Dr. Rian Hasson, MD, is a Thoracic Surgeon at DHMC who focuses on diseases of the lungs, trachea, chest wall and its bony structures, mediastinum, esophagus, and stomach. She is also an Assistant Professor of Surgery at the Geisel School of Medicine. In this event, she'll be discussing her journey to becoming a doctor. | RSVP TBD |
