Controller's Office

Controller's Office oversees all aspects of financial reporting, tax, payroll, campus billing, finance operations & systems, and project management. 

Campus Billing & DartCard Services

Campus Billing and DartCard Services provides is responsible for managing student billing and payment, loan collections, meal plan management, as well as, Dartmouth's campus ID card, and non-student billing, accounts receivable and manage the cashiering functions. 

Endowment Administration

The Endowment Administration Office is responsible for administering Dartmouth College's endowment funds. 

Finance Operations

Financial Operations includes Accounts Payable, Institutional Accounting and the Finance Centers. 

Financial Planning and Budget

The Financial Planning and Budget Office provides assistance and support to College Divisions and leadership in the development of operating budgets that link resources with the College's strategic objectives consistent with the financial and planning policies of the College.

Financial Reporting

The Financial Reporting team provides assistance and support for research and resolve accounting, tax and other financial question; journal entry review, accounting, analysis and monitoring of capital project accounts; external debt, and fixed assets; and producing financial statements and tax filings for Dartmouth and it's related entities. 

Financial Systems and Services

Financial Systems and Services supports Dartmouth financial systems while working to build collaborative partnerships focused on financial and operational understanding, efficiency and quality improvement, and to develop and implement solutions.

Payroll

The Payroll Office is responsible for all pay-related functions which include biweekly and monthly payroll for all College student and staff employees. Applying federal and state payroll laws and regulations, Payroll strives to process timely and accurate payments to all College employees.

Procurement Services

The Procurement Services team is responsible for the systems, processes, and support for sourcing, contracts, and purchases. We provide the resources for sourcing and contracting and provide guidance and advice to improve the effectiveness of standard agreements, purchase requisitions, purchase orders, credit cards, and non-PO payments. 

Risk Management and Insurance

A primary goal of the Risk Management & Insurance is to support the college community in identifying, assessing, and addressing risk. We are here to collaborate with you to develop solutions.

Treasury Management

Treasury Management is responsible for funds management and stewardship of Dartmouth's resources. They manage banking relationships; oversees and develops strategies for cash, working capital investments, and liquidity; maintains and develops tools and models for cash and liquidity forecasts and reports.
