Welcome to the Home Page of the Dartmouth College Faculty/Employee Assistance Program (F/EAP). We believe that everyone on occasion faces problems that can be really difficult to resolve. We are dedicated to providing quality confidential assistance to employees and or their families who may be experiencing difficulties that impact their lives. Dartmouth College offers this cost free benefit to all faculty, staff and family members. Additionally, we work with supervisors as well as entire departments to develop and maintain a positive work environment. The F/EAP counseling staff is composed of licensed and certified professionals who offer assessment, brief counseling, and if necessary, referrals to appropriate resources.
