Test of the DartAlert Emergency Notification System

November 30, 2011

Dartmouth will test the DartAlert Emergency Notification System during the afternoon on Wednesday, November 30, 2011. At this time all campus telephones beginning with the '646' exchange and select telephones beginning with the '650' exchange will receive a call. Concurrently, all Dartmouth email addresses will receive a message. Those individuals who have registered a cellular phone or private land-line telephone will receive either a call or a text message, depending on individual preference.

The test message will be clearly identified as such. Should an actual emergency occur on this day the test will be halted and an actual message will be sent to the Dartmouth community.

If you have any questions, please consult the DartAlert Frequently Asked Questions located in the right hand column of this page.
