Continuity of Operations Plan

Departments across Dartmouth can contribute to institutional emergency preparedness by co-developing a Continuity of Operations Plan (COOP) alongside the Office of Emergency Management (OEM). Dartmouth Safety & Security has opted to contract with Kuali Ready, a software program vendor, to provide the campus with a template catered to institutions of higher education.

COOPs are designed to allow an organization to better adapt to updated working conditions in the midst of an emergency situation, allowing the community adequate, continued access to offered services and resources that are typically more accessible.
