Dining Plan Change Request Form

 

2014 Summer Term Meal Plans END August 26th.

Currently accepting Dining Plan change requests for 2014 Fall Term. Please scroll down to the bottom of this page for the change form.

 Please Note: The change form is not mobile device-friendly.  It accepts submissions through Mac using Firefox, or PC using Internet Explorer or Firefox web browsers.

Please read before you submit for your dining plan change:

  • Please review your Dining Plan status before you submit for a change.  While your most recent dining plan should be reflected as your 2014 Fall Term pre-assigned dining plan, changes have been made to the available dining plan options. To review these options, please visit DDS Dartmouth Dining Services' dining plan information page.

  • When your first Fall Term tuition statement becomes available, please verify your pre-assigned dining plan and billing through the following links:

  • Your Dining Plan status can be viewed through your registered ManageMyID account as soon as term begins.

A Note for First-Year Students:

Your pre-assigned dining plan is the SmartChoice20 dining plan.  Dining policy assigns this dining plan for all first-year students for their first term at Dartmouth as a way to familiarize yourself with how the dining plans work.  For the Fall Term, you have the ability to change the pre-assigned dining plan to the BlockChoice160 after Orientation Week until September 15th at 4:00 PM After the Fall Term, you will be able to change your dining plan to whichever you feel is most appropriate for your dining habits. 

2014 Fall Term Meal Plans BEGIN September 13th.

Last Day for Upper Classmen to change 2014 Fall Term Dining Plans is September 8th at 4:00 PM.

After this time, any Dining Plan change request processed will receive prorated billing for the change.

Last Day for Upper Classmen to change Prorated-2014 Fall Term Dining Plans is September 17th at 4:00 PM

After this time, any Dining Plan change request will not be processed.

 

CONFIRMATIONS WILL NOT BE SENT DUE TO THE VOLUME OF DINING PLAN CHANGES TO BE PROCESSED.
