Dartmouth has established channels for asking questions about regulatory compliance, seeking guidance about College policies or procedures, or reporting suspected violations of law, policy, or business ethics. Reports may be made anonymously.
Employee Information Services/Payroll is responsible for all pay-related functions which includes biweekly and monthly payroll for all College student and staff employees. Applying federal and state payroll laws and regulations, EIS/Payroll processes timely and accurate payments to all College employees. Specific functions include, but not limited to: creating and mailing W-2s, maintaining all federal and state tax elections, address change requests, process and transmits all direct deposits for employees, process involuntary/voluntary deductions, enters all student and staff timesheets, process special payments and pay advances, handles all Non-Resident Alien taxing for employees.

Identity Theft Prevention:
In order to improve the security of your personal information, your bank account and social security numbers do not appear in their entirety on your Dartmouth payroll check stub or direct deposit stub. Instead only the last four numbers of your social security number and the last 4 numbers of your bank account will appear.
