IMPORTANT NOTE: If you save a value on a form and later decide to remove it, change the value to zero. If you simply delete the value (leaving the field blank), the value still appears in your totals but is not displayed on your forms.

Adding a Row

• To request new chart segments be added to the chart of accounts, use the Chart of Accounts Maintenance Forms on the Controller's Office Forms and Instruction page.
• To request existing chart segments (that do not currently appear in Planning) be retrieved and added to the Planning environment, send e-mail to Kevin.Weinman@dartmouth.edu or Judy.Stabolepszy@dartmouth.edu.
