Maintenance Services

What follows is an overview of the professionals who comprise our Maintenance Services team: 

Access Control 

Employees on the Access Control team manage keys, card access, and security cameras for all college buildings and provide electronics support throughout campus.  

Building Automation 

Our Building Automation professionals support the engineering team with controls strategies and upgrades throughout campus, as well as operate the College’s automated temperature control systems. 

Building Repair 

This team does carpentry, welding, painting, and finishing work. These team members also handle all sign-making for the College.  

Electrical 

Our electricians maintain and support campus electrical systems from high-voltage to building-level systems. Our Troubleshooters respond to all-Campus emergencies and assist students, faculty, and staff after hours.  

Equipment Maintenance 

This team includes mechanical and plumbing tradespeople who manage all heating and cooling systems, plumbing, and preventive maintenance.  

Fire Systems Maintenance 

Our Fire Safety professionals maintain fire safety equipment and conduct monthly, semi-annual, and annual inspections for a variety of fire systems.
