- Campus Planning: Focuses on master planning for facilities, land use, transportation, landscapes, and space allocation in support of Dartmouth's mission.
- Project Management: Manages the project management function of programs in the following areas:
- Energy Transition
- Undergraduate Housing
- Renewal & Renovation
- Energy & Utilities: Dartmouth’s Energy & Utilities team focuses on Utility Operations, Engineering Services, Integrated Automation, and the Energy Program, with the overall goal of ensuring Dartmouth’s systems are working effectively and efficiently, so they can meet the operational needs of the campus and the College’s decarbonization and energy goals.
