The New England IUG Meeting will be held on November 2,2000.

Subgroup Reports

Design Group

meeting this afternoon to go over the charge, etc.

Search Sublimits - working on material types and values in the Bib. records.

Main Menu - Miguel is preparing a mock up for the committee to look at.

Post Searching - nothing new, setting up new meeting

URL Group

waiting for final charge to be set up, group will be Jennifer Merrill - Chair, Ann McHugo, Judy, Cecila , Judy T. -- the deadline for the report will be Nov. 15th.

Services to Users - a small change to the charge on the wording to "Request selected item" - group will be Becca Lee, Jennifer Nelson, Reed Lowrie, Jennifer Merrill -- deadline for the report will be Nov. 15th.

IUG

The voting procedure for IUG  - select top 15 and then reselect the top 5 enhancements to be requested.  We submit enhancement requests to the Innovative Users Group.  This year's deadline is October 1st, after which the requests will be presented to the Users Group for voting.The group went over some enhancements already submitted informally.   Bill Ghezzi and Reinhart Sonnenburt will reconstruct their specific enhancement request, send to the WebPac group and ask for feedback..  Mark and Bill G. will post these enhancements before the deadline.  (see addendum at the bottom)
