Noreen Doyle, Tuck '74

One of the first women to attend Tuck, Noreen Doyle went on to hold senior operational positions at organizations such as Deutsche Bank and the European Bank for Reconstruction & Development (EBRD).

IMPACT ON DARTMOUTH

As a member of the Tuck Board of Overseers for ten years, Doyle helped expand women's support networks at Tuck, including the Women in Business Club, a mentoring group that provides networking and social opportunities to current and prospective female students.

BIGGEST CHALLENGE

Doyle experienced significant adversity as a woman in the traditionally male-dominated field of banking, however, the skills and knowledge she learned at Tuck helped her to overcome this challenge and become a leading figure in international banking and finance.
