Certain student activities sponsored by the College require each participant to sign a "Hold Harmless Agreement". Hold Harmless Agreements are managed by the sponsoring department for each participant when trips require students to travel away from campus without being accompanied by a College official whose primary responsibility is as activity director or program advisor, trips requiring an overnight stay or when students travel outside the USA.
Hold Harmless forms can be obtained at OIRMI. If there is uncertainty about whether this form is required, please call (603) 646-2441.
