As the initial phase of the RAPPORT project, GrantsXpress is the first step toward a full grants administration module. GrantsXpress provides automated routing, approval, and submission of SF424 grant applications. GrantsXpress offers several features for users:

• simplified approach to SF424s
• online routing and approval
• validation prior to submission to Grants.gov
• system-to-system submission to Grants.gov

GrantsXpress supports only SF424 proposals, but this is just the first step. The next steps include a full grants module that will support all funding proposals.
