If an authority record is found, and the heading in the 130 field differs from the 440, change the tag to 490 lb, and add an 8XX field to match the IXX in the authority record. Do not change info, in the 4XX field - Remember, it must match the piece
If no authority record is found: Search the heading in Millennium.

650 Music CD's within the scope of this procedure will most likely only include topical subject headings (650 bO).
