Self-service photocopiers are available in both libraries, there is a small fee per exposure. The copiers are also network scanners that can be used to scan documents and send directly to email. The Biomedical Libraries also offer a photocopying service through our Document Delivery Services.
Location and Costs
- Dana Biomedical Library: The public photocopier (network scanner) is on the first floor with the GreenPrint station across from the circulation desk. Charges are the same as the GreenPrint system. For non-GreenPrint users copying is $0.10 per sheet using the Guest Account card available at the circulation desk.
- Matthews-Fuller Health Sciences Library: The public photocopier (network scanner) ) is located in the reference area across from the information desk. The charge is $0.10 per sheet using a Guest code available at the information desk.
Transparencies
- Transparencies may be purchased at the circulation desks for $0.25 each.
- Only the transparencies sold at the circulation desks should be used with the photocopiers. Please do not use any other type of transparency.
- Please note: use only one transparency at a time.

Photocopier Scanning
The photocopiers have the ability to scan a document or picture in black & white or color and send it to email without cost. A GreenPrint account or the Guest card is required only at Dana.
Scanning instructions are posted and assistance is available from the information desks.
