LYRA IS HERE FOR YOU.

Beginning Sept. 1, Lyra provides care for your mental health and overall well-being—how, when, and where you need it—at no cost to Dartmouth employees, or your family members. Easy-to-use tools to support your well-being include:

  • 10 no-cost sessions – get confidential care from a therapist and/or coach, matched to your needs and preferences, to help with challenges such as stress, anxiety, depression, relationships, grief, and more.
  • Continuity of care – after 10 sessions, you can continue with the same provider if you are enrolled in a Dartmouth medical plan (billed and processed as in-network through Cigna).
  • Fast, easy scheduling — get an appointment in as little as three days, with evening and weekend options to fit your schedule. Book instantly and choose between virtual or in-person care for even more flexibility.
  • Support for the whole family – find specialized care for kids, teens, parents, and couples, so your entire household can feel stronger together.
  • On-demand resources – access hundreds of self-help resources such as meditation and breathing exercises, soundscapes, videos, articles, and courses, anytime, anywhere.
  • Additional work-life services – free, confidential guidance on work-life needs such as legal services, identity theft, dependent care, and financial matters.
