All investigators and research personnel must complete training in human subjects protection prior to initiating research activities. To fulfill this requirement, you can attend an in-person training session, or complete an online tutorial.
Please Note: Certificates are no longer routinely issued for the in-person sessions. Participants names are entered into the CPHS educational database.

To complete the CITI (Collaborative IRB Training Initiative) online option, register at the following URL: http://www.citiprogram.org/ and complete one of the following:
Group 1 Biomedical Basic Course
Group 2 Social/Behavioral Basic Course
Group 3 Biomedical Data or Specimens Only Research Basic Course-for researchers only working with biomedical data or specimens.
