Rachel E. Muñoz, Associate General Counsel for Labor & Employment

Rachel E. Muñoz, Associate General Counsel for Labor & Employment joined the Office of the General Counsel in 2023.  Before coming to Dartmouth, she served as Associate General Counsel, Labor and Employment at Barnard College in New York City and Associate General Counsel at Southern New Hampshire University in Manchester, NH.  Before entering higher education, Rachel was a partner at the law firms of Morgan, Brown & Joy, LLP and Jackson Lewis, PC in Boston, MA.  Rachel’s practice focuses on labor and employment, as well as academic governance, compliance, research, student affairs, and civil rights (including Title IX).  She received a B.A. in Sociology from Grinnell College, an M.A. in Sociology from the University of Massachusetts, Amherst, and a J.D. from Northeastern University School of Law.
