Mitchell Feeney, Associate General Counsel and Director of Real Estate Transactions
Mitch serves as Associate General Counsel and Director of Real Estate Transactions at Dartmouth College, where he is responsible for the management of real estate transactions and the strategic growth and development of Dartmouth’s real estate holdings. Mitch is a seasoned attorney with deep experience handling complex real estate and transactional matters. His practice focuses on real estate transactions in the residential, retail, healthcare, lab, industrial and office sectors in connection with acquisitions, development, dispositions, ground leases, space leases, ownership, management, construction, and other real estate related work. He counsels clients in all aspects of real estate, including due diligence, and local and state permitting and entitlements.
Before entering higher education, Mitch was in-house counsel at the Ahold-Delhaize supermarket corporation, where he specialized in real estate law and development and served as counsel to Hannaford Supermarkets, based in Scarborough, Maine.
Mitch received his B.A. in English Literature from Colgate University and a J.D. from Maine School of Law.
