Mariana Souza

Mariana Souza joined Dartmouth in 2026 as a Senior Internal Auditor responsible for the execution of internal audits across Dartmouth that evaluate the effectiveness of Dartmouth's internal controls. She works with partners across Dartmouth to address and resolve areas for improvement.

Prior to Dartmouth, Mariana held internal audit roles spanning corporate and higher education settings, most recently as a Senior Auditor at TD SYNNEX and earlier as a Senior Audit Consultant at the University of South Florida, where she led operational audits across academic, administrative, and financial units. She began her audit career in public accounting with KPMG and is a Certified Internal Auditor (CIA) and a Certified Accountant with the Regional Council of Accounting of the Federal District, Brazil.
