Alumni Amend Constitution

Members of the Dartmouth College Association of Alumni voted to adopt an amendment to their constitution at a special meeting on February 12 in Hanover. The alumni present at the meeting voted 198 to 32 in favor of the proposal that will allow future constitutional amendments to be decided by all-media voting and lower the threshold for new amendment approvals from three-quarters to two-thirds of all association members casting votes.

"The executive committee is very pleased with the outcome of this vote," says Association of Alumni President Al Collins '53.
