No matter how hard we try to avoid them, life's challenges can often find their way to our front door. It is easy to get stuck and become overwhelmed. Resiliency is often referred to as the ability to "bounce back", adapt, and learn from ongoing change or difficult circumstances. Research has shown that the power of resiliency is based on a series of strength-based processes and action steps. Led by Behavioral Health Specialist Nora Yasumura, this interactive workshop will allow group participants to discuss and explore how to apply this skill set to his or her everyday personal and professional life.
