SIGN UP - Women's Self-Defense Begins 11/18
There's still time to sign up for this upcoming women's self-defense course! The first session will be held at Thayer on November 18th from 4:00 -- 8:00 PM. There will be three more 3-hour sessions held weekly thereafter; commitment to all sessions is a must. Schedule and details can be viewed here. Cost for Dartmouth employees is $20. Wellness at Dartmouth can offer or coordinate customized health and wellness workshops for departments to help further support employees on their path to well-being. Workshops can be on a variety of topics. Some ideas of workshops include topics such as workplace stretching; fitness-related devices and apps; mid-winter blues; back health; mindfulness; nutrition; and exercise.

After submitting the form, we will reach out to you to discuss your request in more detail. Please note, the development and scheduling of a customized workshop will depend on the needs of the department and the availability of presenters.
