College Transcript
When applying to transfer to Dartmouth, you are required to submit official transcripts from all colleges course work in which you have been enrolled.
- Each person who reviews your application will look not simply at your cumulative grade point average but instead at the types of courses you have completed, any trends in your grades over time, and areas of notable strengths or weaknesses.
- Most transfer applicants present very strong college and university grades, but there is room in our review process to account for students whose grades may have improved as they changed majors or whose performance may have improved or changed over time.
- The relative importance of an applicant's college and university grades will depend on how long the candidate has been enrolled in college, the types of college course work pursued, and the information presented in other parts of the application.
Please follow the process in place at each of the universities you've attended to ensure that your transcripts are delivered to Dartmouth before the March 1st deadline. Transcripts may be mailed to:
