As part of Dartmouth’s commitment to Inclusive Excellence, the Advancement division identified diversity and inclusion goals to create a sense of belonging among our staff that translates to our larger mission of engaging all alumni, donors, and constituents in the life of the College. The goals impact each area within Advancement – Development, Alumni Relations, and Administration - and serve to support the overarching strategy of fostering an inclusive culture across Dartmouth.
