Denise Dupré is the founder and managing partner of Champagne Hospitality, a hotel design and development company. She has worked extensively in the hotel and restaurant field, including roles in marketing, consulting, and operations for public and private hotel companies. She has also held teaching positions at Cornell University School of Hospitality Administration, Boston University School of Hotel Administration, and most recently has taught a course at Harvard, based on her industry textbook, Hospitality World! Denise has contributed to a number of schools in a volunteer capacity. She currently serves on the Harvard Business School Board of Dean's Advisors, the board of the Noble and Greenough School, and the Advisory Board of Teach For All. She is a former member and chair of the boards of the Mercersburg Academy and the Fessenden School.
Dupré majored in economics at Dartmouth, and earned an MPS at Cornell's School of Hotel Administration. She has been an active volunteer for Dartmouth, serving on the President's Leadership Council, the Alumni Council, the Board of Overseers at the Hanover Inn, and the 2012 Presidential Search Committee. She has also served her class as a reunion co-chair and president. She is the oldest of four sisters who attended Dartmouth, Rosi '82, Anni '83 and Mich '89. She and her husband Mark Nunnelly have four children.
