PRINTMAKING

The printshop is located in the lower level of the Hopkins Center, between the Music department and the woodshop. The facility holds several different printing presses - including one electric press - an acid bath room for etching plates, a spray booth, and a lithography station. The supplementary course fee covers unlimited paper, ink, plexiglass for monotypes, and, depending on the course, copper and zinc plates, wood, linoleum, or limestone slabs.
