Step 1: Log in and Register
Undergraduate students - log into BannerStudent and select OFFICIAL TRANSCRIPT from your menu.
Alumni/ae - log into the Transcript Request Page. If you have not yet claimed or have forgotten your NETID, contact the Alumni Helpdesk at email@example.com, (603) 646-3202, or toll-free at (855) 215-9024.
High school, special community, and exchange students - E-mail Registrar@Dartmouth.edu to obtain a transcript request form. Follow the instructions provided on the form to complete your request rather than the steps below.
Once logged in, the system displays the “Welcome to the Dartmouth Transcript Order Page.” This page informs you of what transcript types you may order. If you have transcript holds on your account, they will also display here and direct you to the proper office. Select REQUEST A TRANSCRIPT to move on to the order site.
With your first order, confirm your information to register your account. Note that the State/Province field is required. Enter “N/A” if it does not apply.
Step 2: Select Documents
First, search for your destination. If you find your destination in the system, it loads the address information and preferred transcript type automatically. If you do not find your destination, select ENTER YOUR OWN to manually enter the transcript type and address information.
Note: email providers use filtering systems to reduce spam. Please verify that the recipient can receive email from Parchment (parchment.com), Dartmouth’s eTranscript provider, to ensure their spam filter does not filter out your document emails.
Provide additional order details based on the transcript type you have selected:
Paper Transcript – Mailed
Paper Transcript – Pick-Up
Note: If you selected AMCAS or another participating “CAS” organization as the recipient, include the transcript request form or cover sheet as an attachment at this step. For AMCAS, the system will prompt you to provide your AAMC ID and AAMC Transcript ID after you select CONTINUE.
Review the contents of your shopping cart and make any necessary changes. Once satisfied select CHECKOUT.
Step 4: Provide Consent
Per the Family Educational Rights and Privacy Act (FERPA), Dartmouth requires your consent to release your official transcripts to a third party. To proceed, read the consent statement and select NEXT.

Step 5: Payment
The system skips step 5 automatically.
Charges apply for UPS Express Delivery. If you selected this option, obtain a prepaid shipping label from www.ups.com and forward it to Registrar@Dartmouth.edu. If we do not receive the label within two business days, we will send your transcript via USPS First-Class Mail.
Step 6: Review Order
Review your order and either select CONFIRM or BACK to make any changes. To finalize your order, you must select CONFIRM.
Transcript order is confirmed.
Given that processing and delivery time varies, direct questions about the delivery or receipt of a transcript to the recipient of the transcript.
