Instructions With Regard to the Visa Process

• Before an I-20 can be produced for an international student who is receiving Financial Aid, the following must happen:
  • The Office of Financial Aid must generate a final Financial Aid Award Letter for the student; and
  • The Office of Visa and Immigration Services must have received a copy of the final Financial Aid Award Letter.
