Contact Information

Our office is located in 44 North College St., on the corner of North College and Maynard Streets.  We are opposite the Burke Chemistry building, and around the corner from the Sudikoff Computer Science building.

 

Staff

Sheri Ball, Office Manager

Sheri has been at Dartmouth College since August 2004.  She enjoys working with the staff and the clientele of the Office of Visa and Immigration Services.

Gloria Densmore, Administrative Assistant

Gloria is a long-time College employee, and has been with the Office of Visa and Immigration Services since the summer of 2006.

Jim Seidensticker, SEVIS Data Manager / International Tax Specialist

Jim's main responsibilites in the Office of Visa and Immigration Services include providing immigration data assistance to our advisors, and tax information and assistance to our non-immigrant population.  Jim has worked at Dartmouth for more than 30 years, 26 years as Associate Controller & Bursar and since 2003 in the Office of Visa and Immigration Services.

Marcia S. Calloway, Assistant Director and Advisor to International Undergraduate Students

Marcia is a licensed New Hampshire attorney, employed at Dartmouth College since 1997 as Associate Registrar for the Undergraduate College.  She joined the Office of Visa and Immigration Services in 2004.  As Assistant Director and Advisor to International Undergraduate Students, Marcia hasprimary responsibility for advising all international undergraduate degree and non-degree students on academic and immigration issues. As time allows, she handles some limited international scholar and employment cases, as well as graduate student casework.

Kenneth J. Reade, Assistant Director

Ken has worked in the field of International Education since 1989 and prior to joining Dartmouth College in 2001 he has held positions at the Central College London Studies Program, Pacific University in Oregon and at the University of Illinois at Chicago. In addition to immigration advising and other administrative duties Ken also is active in the advocacy of international educational polices at the state and federal level.  As a passionate soccer fan, Ken would love to discuss soccer with anyone interested, in addition to any official work-related issues!

Robin V. Catmur, Acting Director

Robin Catmur has worked as an advisor to international students, scholars and faculty at Dartmouth since 2000.  As Acting Director for the office, she advises international graduate students, faculty and staff on relevant immigration regulations and procedures, and, with invaluable assistance from all the office staff, manages immigration affairs for the College.
