Annual Action Plan Process

The Annual Action Plan is prepared annually in May for the following year.  An Action Plan begins in the summer term and concludes each spring.  The content of an Action Plan serves as the agreement between the Office of Residential Life and an individual Greek letter organization.  The Action Plan describes a set of goals and activities that an organization must complete in order to fulfill the requirements of College recognition. 

Web Administration of the Action Plan Process

Greek letter organizations may login to the Center for Educational Outcomes website to complete their Action Plan forms.  A chapter representative must have the username and password to gain access to the website.

Once you have logged in, click on the "Take a Survey" link and complete the necessary forms.  Forms must be completed by the appropriate deadline, or the survey will no longer be accessible.
