Annual Action Plan Process

Action Plans are written by the chapter leadership at the beginning of each term and updated with the house's performance at the end of each term. From Fall 2010 Action Plans have been submitted in "google docs" format. Action Plans should encompass the years goals and action steps towards those goals. Termly goals also should show actions steps as well as partnerships and opportunities.  

There is also an opportunity to include Goals and Activities within the Six Pillars of GLOS. This includes information about Accountability, Brotherhood/Sisterhood, Inclusiveness, Leadership, Service and Scholarship. You can also write about goals for the physical plant if that applies to your chapter. 

Towards the end of the term the status of each goal is submitted.
