Richard Lamm, a former three-term Governor of Colorado, is currently Director of the Center for Public Policy and Contemporary Issues at the University of Denver. His research and teaching focus has been in the health policy area with special emphasis on health care systems reform and allocation of health care resources. Lamm argues that the challenges of the 1990s is to meet new public needs with evermore limited resources.
