Dorothy Lamm is a U.S. Delegate to the International Conference on Population and Development in Cairo in September of 1994, she also serves as an on-going public member of the U.S. delegation to the U.N. Commission of the Status of Women. In this capacity she attended three of the world regional conferences which prepared delegates and NGOs for the Fourth U.N. Conference on Women held in September in Beijing which she attended as an official U.S. Delegate.
