The Center
Haldeman Center

The Leslie Center for the Humanities promotes and sustains research in the Humanities and related disciplines through an active program of academic events, seminars and workshops, as well as fellowships & grants. The Center is a member of the Dartmouth Centers Forum and the global Consortium of Humanities Centers and Institutes (CHCI).

This website describes our aims (see our Mission Statement), administration, past, and future programs. While we hope that you find on this site answers to questions you may have about the Center, we also encourage you to drop by our offices in Haldeman Hall, a building we share with the John Sloan Dickey Center for International Understanding and the Ethics Institute. Or, if you are not in the area, please feel free to contact us with queries and comments.
